All bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child. 2) Booking and Payment Courses are offered on a termly basis (or in designated course blocks). An invoice will be issued prior to the start of each term or block. Payment is due in full before the first session to secure your child’s place. Places are confirmed only once full payment has been received. Unpaid bookings may be released to the waiting list after the due date. 3) Cancellations and Refunds No refunds are available once payment has been received, including for illness, absence, or withdrawal during the term. If the organiser must cancel a class (e.g., due to tutor illness or technical issues), a replacement session or credit will be offered where possible. Refunds will only be issued if the organiser permanently cancels a full course and no suitable alternative can be provided. 4) Attendance and Conduct Pupils are expected to attend all online sessions punctually and to participate respectfully. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child behaves appropriately during online classes. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund. Parents should ensure that their child is supervised appropriately while attending online sessions. 5) Technical Requirements Families are responsible for providing a suitable device (computer, tablet, etc.), reliable internet connection, and a quiet space for learning. The organiser is not responsible for missed lessons or technical issues arising from the participant’s internet connection or device. 6) Safeguarding and Welfare All tutors and staff follow our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, learning needs, or additional support requirements at the time of booking. Online sessions are delivered through secure, password-protected platforms.
