To empower your staff, celebrate their achievements and build on their knowledge. We work together with your staff to help use their ideas and create a vision of your Early Years setting together, so that you can present it to parents, to colleagues and to Ofsted with confidence and a clear understanding of the strengths of your provision.
We can offer you straightforward, honest advice and practical ideas that your staff can put into practice immediately. All adults should be appreciated and feel valued in an early years setting where everyone has an important part to play.
All of the consultancy days are designed to celebrate what staff are doing well and move them to improve further. I offer hands on, practical help, creating plans, analysing data and creating environments.
At the heart of good learning is the awe and wonder of new experience, outstanding provision reflects this in its planning, in its environment and in the enjoyment of children as they embark on their learning journey.
